You may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, 55rp requires users to verify their identity before processing withdrawals. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as an Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
Important: Providing false or misleading information during registration, including falsifying your age or identity, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55rp username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made using your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 55rp customer support immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorized access. You remain responsible for any transactions made before you report the breach.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to enhance security. While 2FA is optional, activating it adds an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access and is considered best practice for safeguarding your funds.
55rp accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically credited to your 55rp account instantly or within 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within one hour, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to your account being fully verified and meeting any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 55rp. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 15 minutes to 24 hours. 55rp does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 55rp reserves the right to request additional documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, or for transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with your betting history. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions. 55rp is committed to preventing the use of our platform for money laundering or terrorist financing activities.
55rp periodically offers bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as rollover or turnover requirements), eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and other restrictions. These specific terms are displayed on the promotional page and must be accepted before claiming the bonus.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less).
55rp reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a user is abusing promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, exploiting software errors or loopholes, engaging in arbitrage betting, or any other behavior that demonstrates an intent to manipulate the bonus system rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
All bets placed on the 55rp platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before submitting. 55rp will not cancel or modify bets once they have been accepted, except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds caused by a technical malfunction).
Sports betting outcomes are determined according to the official results declared by the relevant sports governing body or competition organizer. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled based on the official rescheduled result, depending on the sport and competition rules. Casino games including live dealer tables, video slots, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), and other games operate according to the rules published by the game provider. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game contribution toward bonus wagering requirements varies by game type and is specified in the bonus terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, or account balances, 55rp's decision is final and binding. We will investigate all disputes thoroughly and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Game logs, server records, and transaction histories are maintained for audit purposes and will be used to resolve disputes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 55rp and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
55rp operates the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Users accept all risks associated with online gambling and agree to indemnify 55rp against any claims arising from their use of the platform.
You may close your 55rp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending verification or wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
55rp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion from the 55rp platform. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account. In the event of a dispute between you and 55rp, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, the dispute will be escalated to our management team for review.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the jurisdiction governing these terms. Each party will bear its own costs associated with arbitration. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the 55rp platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55rp is licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction where such rights cannot be waived by contract.
55rp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the 55rp website. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document whenever changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the 55rp platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
